Rye Smörgåsbord board

  • 1 x loaf GRADZ Recipe NO19 Yeast Free 100% Rye with Honey Sourdough Bread 500g

  • Watercress
  • Smoked salmon
  • Beetroot
  • Gherkins, finely sliced
  • Fresh dill
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Ham, sliced
  • Hardboiled egg, sliced
  • Radish, finely sliced
  • Asparagus spears, trimmed and cooked
  • Cress
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Wild rocket leaves
  • Avocado, halved, stoned, peeled and sliced (tossed in lemon juice to prevent discoloration)
  • Small cooked peeled prawns
  • Mayonnaise for topping
  • Chilli flakes
  • Chives, finely chopped

 

Have all your ingredients at the ready, cooked if required and chopped.

Lay out the sourdough Rye bread on a board and begin to top each one. Transfer to serving plates

Tip: You can mix and match these to use your favourite ingredients
