- 1 x loaf GRADZ Recipe NO19 Yeast Free 100% Rye with Honey Sourdough Bread 500g

- Smoked salmon
- Beetroot
- Gherkins, finely sliced
- Fresh dill
- Freshly ground black pepper

- Ham, sliced
- Hardboiled egg, sliced
- Radish, finely sliced
- Asparagus spears, trimmed and cooked
- Cress
- Freshly ground black pepper

- Wild rocket leaves
- Avocado, halved, stoned, peeled and sliced (tossed in lemon juice to prevent discoloration)
- Small cooked peeled prawns
- Mayonnaise for topping
- Chilli flakes
- Chives, finely chopped
Have all your ingredients at the ready, cooked if required and chopped.
Lay out the sourdough Rye bread on a board and begin to top each one. Transfer to serving plates
